Discovered this amazing Asian trainer, Jay, at a BodyJAM class yesterday at Orchard branch. The session was intense but he taught us some swell MTV moves.
Then I came across Aunt Carol on Ellen. If she has the moves at her age, I really have no excuse not to work harder at the chereography at the JAM classes!
